You can invest in the best tools in the world, but if your team does not know how to use them properly, you have wasted the investment. We train your people so the tools actually get used — the right way.
Most technology training fails because it teaches features instead of workflows. We train your team on how to use specific tools to complete their actual daily tasks — not a generic walkthrough of every button in the software.
Training sessions are practical and hands-on. Every person leaves with a task they completed themselves during the session, written SOPs they can reference later, and clear habits to follow from day one.
Businesses that have implemented a new tool (CRM, accounting software, project management) and need their team trained. Also valuable for businesses where staff have been using tools for years but using them the wrong way.
A focused 2–3 hour session on one tool or one workflow for a small team — ideal for a quick win or a specific gap in knowledge
A multi-session package covering all the tools your team needs — structured by role so every person gets what is relevant to their work
An ongoing training retainer for growing businesses — new hires get onboarded, existing staff get upskilled, and your tools keep working
All training is delivered online via Google Meet or Zoom, wherever your team is based.
We assess your team's current skill level and identify the gaps. We map which tools are being used, which are being used incorrectly, and which are not being used at all.
We design a training plan — which sessions, in which order, covering what content for which roles. You review and confirm before anything is scheduled.
We run each session hands-on. Participants complete real tasks during training — not a passive watch-along. Questions are answered in real time.
After each session, written SOPs go to the team. Follow-up support keeps us available for questions in the days after training when real-world application begins.
Yes. If you already have a CRM or other tool in place, we can train your team on your existing configuration without any changes to the system. We review the current setup first to understand how it is configured, then design training that matches your specific instance — not a generic demo.
Single sessions work best with up to 8 participants. Above that, the hands-on nature gets diluted and questions pile up. For larger teams, we split sessions by department or role — it produces better results and people learn faster when the content is specifically relevant to their daily work.
All plans include follow-up support after each session — 14 days for single sessions, 30 days for packages. During that window, your team can message us with specific questions and we will respond. The written SOPs also act as a daily reference so people are never stuck on routine tasks.
In most cases, yes. If it is a widely-used business tool, we will review it before the session and design training around it. We do not train on tools we cannot adequately review in advance — we will tell you honestly if a requested tool falls outside our capability.
Book a free call and tell us which tools your team is struggling with. We will design a training plan that actually gets them using the tools correctly — starting this week.
